Inside a Lake Forest Birthday Celebration: A Pretty and Polished Craft Party

A creative birthday party becomes even more memorable when every guest has something exciting to experience. For this Lake Forest birthday celebration, Blush & Bliss by Mya created a pretty and polished party experience featuring three interactive stations: a Manicure Bar, Hair Styling Station, and Bedazzle Workshop.
Thoughtfully Organized Flow
The Bedazzle Workshop served as the main activity throughout the celebration. Guests could begin decorating as soon as they arrived and return to their projects between their beauty appointments.
To control the flow between stations, each guest received a VIP Styling Appointment Card listing her scheduled manicure and hair styling number. When it was time for an appointment, she could pause her craft, visit the designated station, and return to bedazzling afterward.
This system gave every guest an individual styling moment while allowing the rest of the group to continue creating.
The Bedazzle Workshop
At the Bedazzle Workshop, guests personalized heart-shaped mirrors and claw clips using an assortment of sparkling rhinestones, gems, charms, pearls, and decorative embellishments.
Each girl could design her pieces according to her own style, making the activity both a creative experience and a source of personalized keepsakes to take home.
The Manicure Bar
During their scheduled appointments, guests visited the Manicure Bar for mini manicures. They selected their polish colors and could add rhinestones or decorative details for a customized finish.
After their manicures, the girls moved to the Hair Styling Station and placed their hands under a tabletop nail dryer while their hair was styled.
The Hair Styling Station
The Hair Styling Station offered a curated selection of cute options, including curls, ponytails, buns, pastel hair chalk streaks, glitter, gems, bows, pearls, and flower clips.
Each guest chose the details she loved, creating a styling experience that reflected her personality and complemented the celebration's pretty, polished theme.
